This 3.5 to 4 hour self defence class will help you feel more confident in situations therefore, helping you obtain more peace within!
Charlene is a Trauma Informed Naturo-therapist & trained In R.A.D. (a self defence training based out of the U.S.). This course is broken up in two parts: 1) awareness & avoidance 2) specific self defence techniques to break away & get to safety. Depending on how long you want to practice the techniques class will be 3.5-4hrs. This class is only open to females. Class will be held on Saturday Feb. 7th at 9:30am. Cost is $159.85 taxes included.
