Executive Assistant (Greater Moncton Area)

Beautiful Calf Productions is seeking a highly organized, bilingual Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced, international creative business.

This role is best suited to a seasoned professional—potentially semi-retired—who brings strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal oversight.

Location: Greater Moncton Area
Hours: 20–40 hours per week (flexible, with some variability depending on projects)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize executive scheduling across multiple time zones
Proofread and refine written materials (client-facing copy, presentations, communications)
Draft and proofread deal memos and internal documents
Coordinate travel, meetings, and industry events
Maintain CRM systems and manage follow-ups with current and prospective clients
Oversee and schedule social media content calendar
Qualifications:
Fully bilingual (English and French, written and spoken)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong writing and editing capabilities
Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
Experience supporting senior executives or working in media/agency environments is an asset.
