Great News from the Bank of Canada! 🎉

The Bank of Canada has announced a 50 bps rate reduction, providing much-needed relief to all variable-rate mortgage holders. While it may not be the big drop some were hoping for, this is definitely a step in the right direction. Progress might be slow, but we’re moving forward!

With December here, the market has naturally slowed down, as it often does this time of year. However, with the potential for additional rate cuts in the coming months, I’m optimistic that we’re setting the stage for a strong start to 2025.
