At DeMan we specialize in concrete machine pits & foundations. Seen here is work we have completed for CP Rail, including a brand new Locomotive Reliability Centre (LRC) which we built from the ground-up to completion.

A new mechanical unit foundation for Ferrero Canada complete with sloped, recessed water trough to contain any spills or overflows from the unit. This was intricate to form as it needed to be a single pour to ensure no leakage and full liquid containment. Finished the install with a combination of cast-in-place permanent and removable bollards with lift hooks and cast-in-place sleeves.
