Today, May 5, we recognize the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit People ( ), also known as .

This day is a time to honour the lives of those who have been stolen and those who remain missing. It is also a time to stand in solidarity with their families, communities, and loved ones in the ongoing fight for justice.

We must continue to listen, learn, and act.
