The Bentley Systems YII2024 is a wrap, Monir Precision Monitoring Inc. came away with Founders Honors for our presentation on Lanterra Developments Ltd., No. 31 Condos, under construction adjacent to metrolinx USRC. Monir deployed drones and automated instrumentation allowing us to create an evergreen digital twin, incorporating design with reality capture, and real-time instrumentation and monitoring feedback to inform stakeholders and designers of the site performance. By using Bentley Infrastructure IoT iTwin IoT platform we are able to provide context to assist with risk management and safety performance, saving 3,000 hours and $1,000,000.

Where affordable housing is top of mind for us all, especially in the city of Toronto, Monir is working to do its part to reduce costs and support teams working tirelessly to bring much needed housing to our communities.
