They have access to graphs, FED data and podcasts but they are absolutely consistently and expensively wrong.

and somewhere right now a buyer who listened to them is still renting. They waited for the crash in 2021, prices rose. They waited in 2022, prices held. They waited in 2023, and 2024 and 2025 and they are still waiting.

Meanwhile their landlord raised the rent 3 times. The house they almost bought is worth $140,000 more and the "crash" guy has rebranded to a newsletter where he explains why this time is definitely different.
