Ingredients (for 1 person)
• 100 ml coffee
• 100 ml milk
• 20 ml speculaas syrup
• Red food colouring

Preparation
• Prepare a serving of warm milk foam.
• Set aside one spoonful of milk foam for later.
• Pour the speculaas syrup into a small latte macchiato glass. Prepare the coffee in the same glass.
• Carefully colour the milk foam with a little red food colouring and pour it into the glass.
• Decorate this speciality coffee with the milk foam that you set aside earlier.
