Partners Community Health’s 2026 Year in Review event brought together community leaders, partners, board members, Resident and Family Council representatives, and staff to celebrate another year of connection, growth, and innovation in seniors’ care. ✨

The evening featured reflections from President & CEO Tess Romain, the official launch of PCH’s 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, and a special recognition of Jeff Lozon, PCH’s inaugural Board Chair, as he concluded his term with the organization.
