2025 Free preseason training starts Monday January 13th, 2025 at Windebank and West Heights Elementary School's.

Mondays at Windebank Elementary:
5U & 7U from 6:00pm to 7:00pm
11U from 7:00pm to 8:00pm
15U from 8:00pm to 9:00pm

Tuesdays at West Heights Elementary:
9U from 6:00pm to 7:00pm
13U from 7:00pm to 8:00pm
18U from 8:00pm to 9:00pm

Players must have played in 2024 or be registered for the 2025 season to participate due to insurance rules.

Please remember to bring a water bottle.
