If this winter weather has you chilled to the bone, you might find National Homemade Soup Day the right time to try your hand without the can! Soup is the perfect winter meal.
Want a great tip for any homemade soup? Toss in some fresh herbs. It’s amazing what a pinch of parsley, sage, rosemary or thyme can do to add an extra layer of “oomph” to an otherwise flat soup. Just make sure to add them at the end so they don’t lose their flavour.
