“Thank you for healing.”

“I trust you.”

we send a different message.

Some people come into our lives and quietly change everything.

My teacher, friend, and mentor Karen Karall was one of those people.

Karen had a way of seeing the light in others before they could see it in themselves. She guided, encouraged, and gently nudged so many of us to trust our path and step more fully into who we were meant to be.

I am deeply grateful for the wisdom she shared, the conversations we had, and the example she set simply by the way she lived.

Karen passed on February 27, 2026, but the impact she had on so many hearts will continue to ripple forward.

Thank you, Karen, for your guidance, your kindness, and for believing in me. Your teachings and your spirit will always live on in the work I do and the lives you helped shape.

You will be deeply missed and forever remembered. 🤍
