I've been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 1.5 years and it has became one of my favorite hobbies. Not only is it a great workout, but MNBJJ in Burlington really makes you feel like family, as well as being very friendly and welcoming.

Hi 👋
As many of you know, my name is Steve Chmurzynski! I am the Manual Osteopath at Manual Motion in Milton! Some facts about me, I grew up in Milton, and started in the fitness field as a personal trainer, operating my own personal training company that helped countless clients achieve their goals and lead a holistic lifestyle.
🏋️ Upon training clients at the gym, I noticed there was certain restrictions and discomfort people had that I wanted to help out with, which is why I choose to go into Osteopathy! Being in the field, working with patients to find pain relief and improve health through Osteopathic Techniques has been incredibly rewarding.
A little bit about me outside of Osteopathy:
➡️ I love exotic cars, everything from the engine, to the line work and aesthetic of the exterior body work, my favorite car being the Mercedes GT-R.
➡️ I enjoy several activities that help to keep me active and energized. Among these activities are hiking, golf, strength training, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu; however, I would not say that I excel at any particular one as of yet 😂. Despite this shortcoming in my athletic skills, I thoroughly enjoy every opportunity to stay active and continue perfecting myself with time.
