We have a BIG goal for October: Get as many women in our community as possible to take a few minutes for a self-check. We are raising awareness about the importance of early detection of breast cancer - it saves lives!
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we’re using it as a reminder that knowing your own body can be an important part of looking after your health.
So all month long, we’re inviting you to stop in, take a few minutes for a self-check, and learn more about what’s normal for you and what changes you should pay attention to.
A step-by-step guide is posted in every changeroom to help you complete your check.

Throughout the entire month, we’re challenging as many women as possible to stop in, take a few minutes for a self-check, and learn more about what’s normal for your body — and what changes are worth paying attention to. Info is posted in our changerooms for you to follow step by step.
