me again! As promised, I have officially completed transferring your refunds. However, although I've done everything on my end, I found out that it will take until early next week for you to see the money deposited back into your account.

Thank you for your kind words, loving messages, and encouragement as I start this new chapter.

Being in the studio again was certainly bitter-sweet (I think I'd been avoiding going to be quite honest), but looking at my bowie bean's face there's no doubt in my mind or my heart that she is where I'm suppose to be.

I will have my email up until August 1 if you need to get a hold of me.

as of 20 minutes ago, tonight's class at 7pm was FULL! a pal just informed me she is stuck at work so there is still one spot for the taking!🙋🏼

our gal pal jordan is back in the studio tonight at 7pm BUT during the summer she will now be teaching a "lotus feel good flow." This class is open to all levels 🙃
