Brave Earth Explorers

On September 21st, 2025, the Thornhill Historical Society unveiled the "Moments of Algoma Group of Seven in Thornhill" easel and the "Group of Seven Commemorative Plaques" at the McDonald House. This special event was co-hosted by the Thornhill Historical Society, the City of Vaughan, the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority through its Sustainable Neighbourhood Action Program (SNAP), and Moments of Algoma.

It was truly an honour to be part of this meaningful celebration and to have the opportunity to showcase my book, "Riya’s Adventures in the Sky", at the event.
