When it comes to the properties we manage we ensure that our clients can trust that their properties are managed safely and their properties are kept in their original quality! Here are 3 steps we take at Birks AM to ensure a safe and clean property:

1️⃣ Cleaning and Sanitization Process

We complete an effective disinfection process prior to new tenants arriving to a new unit ensuring all surfaces are properly cleaned and sanitized, making the property is ready for when new tenants arrive

2️⃣ Routine Check-Ups

Our quarterly checks occur when tenants are present in the unit and tenants are notified ahead of time. These inspections are conducted to ensure everything is up to date regarding utilities and property maintenance

3️⃣ Moving Audit

When tenants are moving we make sure to do a thorough walk through of the property documenting any damages we may find, we keep track of any issues ensuring our clients property is protected and maintained in it’s original condition
