Haply Friday!! Enjoying my Friday with some slow roasted corn marinated with sea salt and butter 😋.

I think it was time to make another trip to to replenish my ice cream 😋. This time I went to the Uxbridge location, which was not as noticeable as the Newmarket location because it's a smaller unit in a strip plaza.

I had the pleasure of trying some authentic Vietnamese food made by local chef Paul of 😋. The feast had everything such as spring rolls, chicken wings, pork belly, vermicelli (bun), fresh greens and even wonton soup. Check out his IG page for upcoming popups!
