HVR Financial is currently looking to recruit Qualified Mortgage Agents to join our team of hard working and productive members for the province of Ontario and BC. As an Agent, you must be a motivated and interested in building a portfolio of clients who are either first time buyers or looking to refinance their home for debt consolidations and other personal needs. You shall be supported by our back office in processing of your mortgage submission, collection of required documentation, conducting client interviews, as well as help in the closing of mortgages with the lender and our team of lawyers in both provinces.

We believe that an agent's time is best spend doing what they do best, utilize their time interacting with their prospective client and turning prospects into actual mortgage contracts.

With over 80+ lenders in our portfolio, our agents are not limited to mortgage products, unlike the ones offered by the banks, instead these mortgages can be customized to fit the client needs.

As a benefit to all agents, we have no desk fees, deal submission charges, franchise fees, monthly targets or any nonsense that maybe found elsewhere. Instead, a straight forward work ethic of working hard and being rewarded for that work.
