MATTERS OF THE HEART: THE FIGHT

On Sunday, June 14th we received MATTERS OF THE HEART: THE FIGHT the first part of new series led by Pastor Q Wilson. As human beings made in the image of God, our nature is truly complex. In Jeremiah 17:9 the Bible says “The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?” This is a message for the ones who try and try to understand themselves and their hearts but can’t seem to find an answer on their own.

This word encourages us to seek direct dialogue with the Lord our God, and to fight for our hearts. Because if everything we do flows from our hearts, we must have the right hearts in God’s eyes. And do everything we can to protect them.
