We are so excited to welcome Melissa Millett of The Ultimutts, as a keynote speaker for the 2026 ONTABACON! 🎉

Melissa is an internationally recognized elite animal trainer and performer with over 25 years of experience, and her work is a masterclass in what behaviour science can achieve. Her animals have performed on some of the world's most demanding stages, including Canada's Got Talent, America's Got Talent, Good Morning America, and Lo Show Dei Record in Italy. Since entering the film industry in 2017, she has become sought-after for coaching complex, natural-looking animal performances on camera. Beyond the spotlight, Melissa also works with families navigating serious behavioural challenges including reactivity, aggression, and resource guarding. 🐾🎬

Her career is a powerful reminder that the principles of behaviour analysis extend far beyond any single setting or species.

🎤 Meet Your NextGen 2.0 Speaker: Kesley Mondoux, Behavioural Science Student

Kesley Mondoux is a second-year Bachelor of Behavioural Science student at Humber Polytechnic and the recipient of the Dr. Dan Andreae Excellence in Behavioural Science Scholarship for 2025-2026. 🏆

Before stepping into behaviour science, Kesley spent eight years in the fitness industry across management, sales, operations, and training. That experience did not just follow her into this field -- it shaped her entire vision for it. 💪

She is now working toward becoming a Registered Behaviour Analyst with a focus on the intersection of physical health, mental wellness, and sustainable behaviour change. Her approach centres on building accessible, long-term behavioural supports that foster community integration, self-efficacy, and adaptive lifestyle development. 🧠

Kesley is proof that the path into behaviour analysis looks different for everyone -- and that different paths make our field stronger.
