✨ Reflecting on this weekend’s Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Course (Module 2) .ca in Vancouver!

It was my first time meeting this fun and energetic group 💫 I’m so grateful to see everyone becoming more engaged after just one day — we laughed, learned, moved, and started building beautiful friendships 🤍

From an educator’s perspective, this module was intense but truly rewarding. We completed our Module 1 check-offs through circuit demos and round-robin teaching, then continued with my two tailor-made creative movement classes — Bony Landmark Journey and PAT Workout 💪 I also introduced many new exercises followed by the Polestar Assessment Tools (PAT12).

We survived — and we thrived! 🙌
Although time flew by and I had to fly back to Toronto the next day, I learned so much through teaching.

Can’t wait to see you all again in Module 4!
