New home for a 10’x8’ Resin Shed.

With the change in weather come certain changes that you need to make around the house to prepare for winter. You will want to make sure that your exterior hose taps are all closed up and drained out to avoid having any burst pipes during the winter.

The four steps to shut off your outside hose taps are as follows:

Disconnect all hoses from your outside faucets
Turn water valve off inside the house
Open hose bib outside the house
Open bleeder cap on valve if applicable (make sure the cap is on the correct side of the valve) close cap and leave until spring
We recommend doing this for the “freeze-proof” hose bibs as well.
