As a Business Development Manager (Management Profile) of AC Wealth, you have the entrepreneurial mindset and is capable to provide customized insurance, financial and investment solutions for prospective and existing clients.

By reaching out to the network and community, you will be responsible for your business and to build a team of financial advisors with enthusiastic attitude. Your motivation and creativity for new sales will enable you to provide professional advice and solutions that help clients achieve financial and retirement goals in Canada.

Do you have sales management experience in financial or non-financial sector? Do you get to know your community well and be comfortable in reaching out to customers? Our Management Profile is hiring!

What's in it in you to succeed?

- HLLQP licensed or willing to write LLQP exam; other financial designations preferred

- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree, with at least 2 years of experience in financial planning or relevant working experience

- Mature, strong interpersonal, peer-to-peer networking and management skill

- Proven networking and client acquisition skills, and have developed a strong network within your community

- Previous annual income not less than $50,000 CAD

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to build rapport with clients

Adequate training will be provided to enable you to provide professional advice and solutions that help clients achieve financial and retirement goals in Canada.

- Self-motivated, highly driven and entrepreneurial, and have developed a strong network within your community

- Sound financial knowledge and customer service, and see yourself as a continuous learner and team player

- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to build rapport with clients
