The last Challenge of the year starts Oct 7!

We're shaking things up a bit this time and focusing on more than just the results on the scale. For the first time, we will be hosting a Challenge Intake Day* on September 28th in the studio. We'll quickly chat about everything you need to be successful, complete your scans, and then do a quick fitness assessment. Why? Be progress happens in and out of the gym!

Let's get ready to finish this year strong and crush some goals!

*You must attend if you are doing the Challenge
