“Approximately 8 years ago I decided I needed to join GoGirl. I had a membership at a gym but noticed I was not making any significant changes as I never truly pushed myself.

After completing my physical at the Doctors I found out I had type 2 diabetes. Diabetes runs in my family but I thought “I’m sure it won’t affect me as I was in my late fourties’. Well it was time to truly consider making an important change towards my health

I recall thinking “oh boy bootcamp workouts” what am I getting myself into! Will I be able to this? Is it hard? Will I fail?

Well let me tell you it’s the best decision I made in my life
I physically got stronger both physically and mentally.
I also suffer from anxiety and since joining GoGirl my mental health has improved drastically
I am addicted!!!

My diabetes has improved significantly! My A1C has decreased from 8.2 to 6.6
This is all because of my dedication to attending my classes
