🌟 DREAM HOME SECURED 🌟

πŸŽ‰ Congratulations to another happy buyer for purchasing their dream home!

πŸ” Finding the perfect home at the right price takes PATIENCE. These clients reached out to me in 2021 when prices at the time were high. Throughout the process, they were willing to settle for less than their expectations and were extremely close to purchasing subpar homes I advised them to steer away from: homes with small backyards, poor layouts, small square footage footage, 1 car garage, 3 bedrooms, backing onto power lines and renovated properties with poor workmanship. We even went as far as submitting an offer, had the opportunity to firm up the deal and had a long conversation considering the implications of their final decision.

🏑 With a little trust, patience and experience, they are now the proud owners of a detached, double garage, 4 bedroom home with a massive private backyard oasis in a community perfect for their growing family. πŸŽ‰ Congratulations to my tenants for securing a 2 bed, 2 bath condo at $2,900 per month…$200 under asking price. That makes it the lowest price for all comparable units leased in the building this ENTIRE YEAR!

🧧 It shouldn’t matter what the product or service is. It never hurts to try for a discount. My clients did not think the price for a rental could be negotiated and were absolutely OVERJOYED when I informed them their offer was accepted. They plan to purchase their first property next year and if you ask me, every dollar saved counts!
