Paper Secrets Ink

I've been incredibly sick this last week and in my moments of calm and quiet, colouring with my and pens have been great mood boosts. The sarasa R colours are extremely saturated and bold. Even though it's a 0.4 nib tip, the ink flowed smoothly.

They're currently fighting my fountain pens for attention and winning out since they're easy to grab and have multiple colours at once. Sometimes, simplicity is still best.

When was the last time you really took time for you?

As 2024 ends, I wanted to at least achieve one of the goals on my bucket list which was to start organizing inks that I had. I made a promise not to buy any more until I swatched all my inks and... That didn't motivate me to do it. I told myself I could not spend any money on inks until I swatched everything and that prevented me from buying the and this year. I had major fomo but I guess it curbed my spending in this I seemed to have fallen into.

Will I ever really finish all my inks? Probably not, but it's okay. Falling in love with and yesterday and today as I make again reminded me of how I need to take time to just

Pause. Breathe. Relax.

I ended up spending 5 hours talking to and sharing wishlist pens and and it was purely time that was dedicated to rejuvenating my soul and energy versus always working for something.

It may seem silly, but being able to talk about and and and etc. was really fun. And the fact that you're connecting with someone else who has that same fascination just feels super wholesome. It wasn't work. It wasn't because I needed to do something for someone else. It wasn't a chore.

2024 has been a bit of a rollercoaster, but I'm glad to have reconnected and made new friends!
