12 years married to my best friend and the love of my life ❤️

Babe, you’re the most patient, driven, and loving person I know. Watching you become a mom has been the most inspiring thing I’ve ever witnessed. You give everything to our little guy, and somehow still manage to crush your master’s, work, and train with me in our basement gym like a machine.

You challenge me, support me, and make me better every single day. We’ve been through a lot, but there’s no one else I’d want beside me through it all.

Happy anniversary, babe. I love this life we’ve built, and I love you more than ever.
Thank you for being the most amazing person ever. Please don’t ever change, you’re not allowed. 😅❤️

Baby, you make this whole mom thing look effortless, even though I know how much you give every single day. You’re always 1000% in, whether it’s making some new food in the kitchen, making him laugh out loud, or turning the tiniest moments into memories.

You’ve stepped into motherhood with so much love and grace, and watching you has honestly been one of the best parts of my life. Our little guy is who is lucky to have the best mom ever and let’s be real, I’m better because of you too.

We seriously hit the jackpot. Happy Mother’s Day to the heart of our home. We love you more than you’ll ever know.

This past weekend I had the pleasure of running a 5km race with one of my amazing patients Cathy and her son Liam. Anyone who knows me personally, knows I despise long bouts of cardio and LOVE to strength train.

Cathy use to be a regular runner and had stopped for a period of her life due to pain.

As we worked together over many months, she became much stronger through progressive exercise and trying things that she would previously avoid.

One day she mentioned to me that maybe she could run a race again. I proposed the idea of training for a 5 km race. She was interested and to add some extra motivation, I said I’d run it with her. A few months of training, and here we are celebrating the completion of the New Market Jelly Belly 5km race.

Anything is possible when you consistently show up to achieve a goal. We did just that, and I actually kind of like running now 😂.

Thank you Cathy!

This won’t be the last run I do. Maybe we can get a group together and celebrate at another finish line next year. Who knows 🙃
