September Zumba classes are starting soon!

Here's where you'll find me this fall:

✨ Tuesdays at 6:30pm at Nakoma Club
✨ Thursdays at 7:15pm at Hyde Creek Rec Centre

Registration for Hyde Creek is done via the City of Port Coquitlam, here are the class codes:

Thursdays September 12 to October 24 # 99162 (FULL)
Thursdays November 7 to December 12 # 99166

Yes, I'm teaching Zumba classes in April!

-There are open spaces in my Wednesday night class at RISE in Port Coquitlam.
-Thursdays at Hyde Creek Rec Center is full.

If you haven't danced with us yet, this is your invitation to join us. We are friendly, kind of loud, and very, very fun ❤️

I am excited for the return of Zumba classes this coming week!

I really do love the holiday break. I found different ways to move my body (did a bunch of spin classes!) and spent time being cozy.

But my playlist was calling me, and this morning I felt the pull to dive into new songs and choreo ☺️

I will be teaching three evenings throughout the winter, if you want to feel as happy as this crew - ask me about joining my classes!
