Mike and I just booked a night away for my birthday! Just the two of us, in the middle of nowhere, without our son screaming “momma” 1000x in the middle of the night. I’m not much of a sleeper (especially after having a kid!) but I’m taking advantage of this opportunity and sleeping as long as it’s possible before I gotta come back to my devil child who doesn’t let me sleep. Boy do I love him though.
