SCL is seeking a skilled tradesman who is now looking or has transition into a managerial position

Qualifications/ Responsibilities (include but not limited):
- 2+ years of site management experience
- Experience with estimating and sourcing materials
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications
- Organized, responsible and able to communicate effectively with owner, team members, other trades and clients.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, professionalism, workmanship
- Ability to follow instructions/ company policies, municipal and provincial code regulations.
- Works well independently and as a team
