From the initial stages of planning our trip to the final result Karen was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. People would ask me why I didn’t do my trip planning online without a travel consultant. I’d then explain how much easier it is to have someone willing to organize and filter choices, and has built in knowledge and access to information regarding hotels, tours etc at your destination.
Our trip in January was to Barbados for a three night stay in the Sandylane Resort (incredible property) then off on a cruise aboard the beautiful ship Seabourn Ovation.
My husband and I were so impressed at how smoothly our journey was because of Karen’s organizational skills. We are fast approaching 70 in excellent health but it’s still nice to be met at the airport and fast tracked through security. There was also someone waiting from the hotel to help with luggage and take us to our driver.
