A goal to start my day with a protein packed breaky to manage PCOS, kick start the day on a healthy note is important to me and in order to accomplish this regularly, its best to prepare.

I'm not the, make everything on Sunday type, and have it all prepped ready to eat. I tried it in the past when it did work for me but I enjoy taking time to prep my food daily with ingredients that can be mixed and matched. But sometimes its nice to just grab and go something hot in the morning without needing to cook every meal and egg cups are my go-to for batch cooking.

Egg cups are an easy, nutritious breakfast that are a snap to make in batches for a week of healthy meals to start your day.

This recipe is also incredibly versatile; you can use it as a template to swap in your favourite proteins and veggies.
