This is my latest find by
Buckwheat Cinnamon Pancake and Waffle Mix!!! JUST ADD WATER!

Suuuuper easy to make! It literally took me a few minutes ⏰

This mix is so clean, with basic, known, natural ingredients: GF oat flour, buckwheat flour, coconut palm sugar, maple sugar, flaxseed meal, arrowroot flour, cinnamon, GF baking powder, spices and sea salt.

The recipe calls for a 1 cup mix + 1 cup water ratio but I used half the water for pancakes and the standard recipe for crepes.
