🐲 Terry is teaching Strength & Flow this Saturday morning inspired by ‘The Dragon Dance’ by Bernie Clark. You can expect a weaving together of strength, fluidity, spirals, balance, and breath. Like a dragon moving through water, this practice invites you to soften rigidity, explore the spaces between effort and ease, and move energy through the body in unexpected ways.
Expect lunges, deep twists, side bends, standing balance, coiling transitions, and wave-like spinal movement, this sequence asks the body to move less linearly and more intuitively to create heat, mobility, and spaciousness from the inside out. Come and dance the dragon 🐉!!!
