Founded in Las Vegas, NV in 2001, Retail Rehab is built on two simple philosophies. The first is, "We Lead People, We Manage Things" and the second, "There is an 'I' in Team."

This is a tough course, and, frankly, it may not be for everyone. At Retail Rehab (RR) there is no bookwork or homework, and there are no Power Point presentations outlining 'How to Motivate Your Employees' (* Key business insight: You cannot motivate an unmotivated employee - cut your losses and free up their future now).

Using a dynamic, interactive approach, RR challenges students out of their comfort zones, because we know this is where the most impactful learning takes place. By actively participating in a series of progressively challenging processes (each designed to replicate 'real world' situations), students quickly identify their own strengths and weaknesses. We, at RR, partner with each student to actively work on eliminating those weak areas, and empower them to take their strengths to a new level. The outcome of this process is that students uncover strengths they weren't even aware they had, at least consciously, and now the benefit is they can start to use these skills more frequently and more effectively as the occasions arise. The benefit is that the students can begin to use these new skills right away.
