Fun day yesterday being a part of collaborative painting project for a group of young entrepreneurs with my friend Angie. Helping people access deeper parts of themselves through art is so what I value these days…. Whether via a group like this, working ongoing with women at midlife rediscovering the value of connections with women through art or my psychotherapy clients finding visual ways to deepen their healing and connection to themselves.
