Week 4 and the weather is changing and the path is beautiful and so serene. The rain held off and we ran 2min intervals! 8 weeks left to go…come out and have some fun 😅

Come out and stretch your legs! We had to move our meet up location due to construction 🚧 at Greenway Park, but we’re not too far off the path.
New location is Springbank Gardens Community Centre 205 Wonderland Road South.
