This spring, Coves Landing opened at 46 Elmwood Place, creating 50 new supportive housing units for Londoners seeking a place to call home. Operated by Indwell, the site includes studio and one-bedroom units, tenant amenity spaces, a commercial kitchen, and a fenced courtyard designed to support community and belonging.

Coves Landing is part of London’s Health and Homelessness Whole of Community System Response and contributes to the community’s goal of creating 600 highly supportive housing units. Highly supportive housing is a critical part of that work, pairing permanent housing with on-site supports that help people achieve long-term housing stability.

Residents at Coves Landing have access to a range of supports, including nursing, psychosocial support, addictions support, food security programming, and supportive housing coordination. Referrals come through Coordinated Access, St. Joseph’s mental health care program, and London’s HART Hub, helping connect people to permanent housing with the supports they need to move forward.
