The latest numbers show encouraging signs as we head into the summer market.

Compared to May 2025:

๐Ÿก 776 homes sold (+8.8%)
๐Ÿ’ฐ Average sale price: $662,292 (+1.0%)
๐Ÿ“‹ Active listings: 3,353 (+3.5%)
๐Ÿ“‰ New listings: 1,815 (-9.1%)
โณ Months of inventory: 4.3 months
๐Ÿ  Benchmark price: $570,000 (-4.4%)

But here's where it gets interesting...

Compared to April 2026:
๐Ÿ“ˆ 138 more homes sold
๐Ÿ“ˆ Average sale price increased from $618,665 to $662,292
๐Ÿ“‰ Inventory dropped from 5.0 months to 4.3 months

What does this mean?

Buyers still have options, but we're seeing stronger sales activity, rising prices, and inventory beginning to tighten. The market is showing signs of gaining momentum as we move into the summer season.
