Cereal,Banano,Proteína,Creatina ,Glutamina Post Workout ✅😋

Crea tu comida post entreno💪🏻:

Proteina- escoge una proteína que sea de absorpcion rapida como proteína en polvo o carnes magras(pollo,tilapia,Carne)

Carbohidratos-escoge carbohidratos altos en índice glucemico de rápida absorpcion y bajos en fibra (cereal,fruta,arroz,pan blanco, Gatorade )

Grasas-evita consumir gran cantidad de grasas con esta comida(maní,aguacate,aceites,huevos enteros, etc..), puede reducir la velocidad de absorpcion de nutrientes. Y cuando terminamos de entrenar necesitamos nutrientes lo más rápido posible

Carbohydrates-choose fast-absorbing, high-glycemic carbohydrates that are low in fiber (cereal, fruit, rice, white bread, Gatorade)

Fats-avoid consuming a large amount of fat with this meal (peanuts, avocado, oils, whole eggs, etc.), it can reduce the rate of absorption of nutrients And when we finish our training we need nutrients as quickly as possible
