Lifting weights will always be the BEST “hack” for weight loss, maintained independence as we age, increased energy throughout the day and less aches and pains in the body.
There’s no other secret. It’s the same thing we’ve been saying for years.
Your doctor likely recommended cardio. Of course! It’s much easier to tell you to walk, run, bike etc than to create a balanced resistance training routine and ensure you’re implementing it correctly.
Moving at all is better than not moving. But nothing will substitute the benefits of proper structured resistance training.
That’s where we come in 💪🏼 Our goal is to TEACH you how to workout. We want you feeling impowered, motivated and more knowledgeable on what to do in the gym.
