PAINTER
Permanent Position (Direct Hire)
Pay: $22-26/hr (benefits after a 3-month probationary period)
4-day work week (Mon-Thurs; 10-hour shift per day)
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Paint door slabs using a paint machine and spray guns
• Stain and finish doors, including top coats to a superior finish
• Ability to mix paint using solutions
• Help in other departments and perform other tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in painting, woodworking, wood finishing or window/door building
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate equipment such as drills, hand tools, tape measure, scale,, spray tools/guns
• Accurately read and follow production paperwork
• Ability to accurately read a scale and have basic mathematical skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks and can lift up to 50 lbs
