Whoa! Look at this little salad to go! Approximately 10-11 grams of protein, this chickpea and quinoa salad will help you 'eat the rainbow' and get some great fibre too! Lots of sourdough breads to go with it and delicious cookies and treats.

We have a lovely Tofu-to-Go bowl with approx. 22 grams of plant protein and we also made a chickpea salad croissant sandwich with cucumber, red onion, grated carrot and of course some delish microgreens. I would have shared a picture of the first sandwich I made but I ate it. And it was sooo good that Richard wanted his own. Breakfast of bakers today! I have 4 left, let me know if you want yours with tomato slices or not. See you soon in your local community bakery.
