Move Over Martha

Happy long weekend everyone !! I notice I’ve been remiss in keeping up my blog this summer ….I’ll blame it on the heat !
Actually I’ve been busy getting settled into my new cottage at Bobcaygeon Shores.
It’s difficult having to defend my dubious talents at the weekly euchre night .
Although I must admit bragging rights for our table winning the trivia contest …my answer of sumo for Japan’s national sport helped take us over the top 😝…grand prize a choice between a Bobcaygeon Shores mug or a baseball cap 👍
Here’s hoping your summer is going well and you’ve been able to enjoy this glorious weather with friends and family !! It’s so quickly racing towards the finish line !!

I hope you all had a lovely mother’s/ grandmother’s day. I spent the weekend getting settled into my new summer digs with the two youngest g-daughters. We played Jenga , did a jigsaw puzzle , watched a movie (with popcorn)and had pancakes for breakfast . Of course a trip to Bobcaygeon was not complete without a visit to Kawartha Dairy for those humongous “baby” cones!I hope your weekend was as memorable as mine 👍❤️
