46% of every tax payment is collected on behalf of the Province for education, seniors' housing, and policing costs.
π³ Multiple payment options are available and listed on the back of your tax notice.
β If you do not receive your tax notice by June 24, please contact Lethbridge County. Penalties will not be waived if you do not receive your notice and do not contact us.
β° Payment is due July 31. Late payment penalties are cumulative and applied at multiple dates throughout the year. Outstanding balances will incur 5% penalties on July 31, September 30 and November 30, and 15% on January 31, 2027.

As for the Fire Restriction, weβll assess early next week. When conditions are as hot & dry as we've had, heavy rain doesn't always soak in and reduce the fire risk. Stay updated at lethcounty.ca, follow us here, or sign up for County Insider emails on our website.
Have a safe weekend!
