My hands ARE small, I know, but they are mighty 😆, and they’ve been able to provide care over 20+ years and thousands of treatments, through and placing needles to help heal the , , and , . It’s important to me that I lead with kindness in all of my interactions and provide each patient with individualized care. I didn’t remember to ask anyone to vote this year, so to still place 2nd in chiropractic and 3rd in acupuncture fills my heart with joy and deep gratitude to everyone who voted. I say this at every birthday. I will never lie about my age because we are so lucky for each day that we get. Not everyone is as lucky as I am to get to this age, and to have a healthy, fully able bodied experience, filled with people who I love and who love me back. You don’t have to live every day to “the fullest” if that means it’s jam packed from morning to night. Sometimes those are great! And other times, “the fullest” days could mean rest and quiet time to recharge, or binge watching your favourite show and napping. As long as throughout the week, we create space for laughing and crying, dancing and nature, creating and resting. What fills your cup each day will be different.
