The internet is drowning in advice. And I just keep consuming it.. 🤯

Save more.
Spend less.
Invest.
Budget.
Meal prep.
Exercise.
Wake up earlier.
Drink more water.
Get off your phone.

Then spiral because I’m not “doing enough.”

I think people already know what we “should” be doing.

The gap isn’t information anymore.

It’s capacity, it’s overwhelm, it’s a burnt out system.

It’s life.

It’s being a single mom staring at a bank account after paying bills, buying some groceries, filling up the gas tank and wondering how you’re supposed to build an emergency fund when everything keeps getting more expensive.

How do we keep up without taking on more when there’s nothing left to give?

It’s carrying responsibilities nobody sees and making difficult choices with limited resources. Trying to build a future while managing the reality of today.

Sometimes we assume people aren’t taking action because they don’t know enough.

But often, we know.

We don’t need more advice.

We’re tired. Overwhelmed. And, we’re doing the best we can with what we have right now.

Sure information is important, knowledge is needed and compassion matters too.

Financial confidence isn’t built by shaming yourself for what you haven’t done yet, it’s built by taking the next step available to you, from where you are, with what you have.

And some seasons, that step is smaller than we’d like.

That doesn’t mean you’re failing.

What’s something you know you “should” do, but simply haven’t had the capacity for lately?

If you’ve been curious about my work this is a great event to attend!!

Your money problem isn’t always about the numbers.

It’s about the meaning you attached to money long before you ever opened a spreadsheet.

Not because someone sat us down and taught us financial literacy or how to manage money, but because by the age of 7 we had already absorbed the energy, emotions, and messages around money, and that became the foundation.

And those experiences quietly became patterns.

The woman who avoids checking her bank account, or checks it multiple times a day.
The business owner who undercharges or can’t get caught up on taxes.
The person who says “I can’t afford it” before even exploring possibility.
The cycle of overspending, overworking, and never feeling like it’s enough.

Different behaviours. Often the same belief and need underneath.

That’s why information alone rarely changes financial behaviour.
🎤 Because you cannot spreadsheet your way out of a nervous system response.

The real work starts when you become aware of the story underneath the numbers.

This conversation matters deeply to me because I’ve lived it too. And every person I work with has quietly carried some level of money shame, guilt, fear, or confusion.

Healing your relationship with money doesn’t start with perfection.
It starts with awareness, and one step toward learning something new.

Come join us because your patterns are not permanent, and your story can change.
