Are you feeling self conscious in your own skin?

Don’t worry, I’ve been there… many times over. The skin knows how to correct itself, it just needs support in that manner and a proper guide.

I have lost track in how many times I have dealt with this, and continue to this very day. I understand how hard this can be not just physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

I’m going to encourage you to turn a new leaf with your thoughts surrounding imbalance or inflammation when it comes to your cells.

Your cells are doing their job and letting you know that a shift is anchoring in. It’s our mind that we need to contain. Instead of saying why is this taking so long to heal, try flipping the script to I am in a healing process or state.

I love you! Please know that your body and cells know the way. Trust that. Follow your gut instinct on what your bio-individual self needs.

I place the intention right now that whatever miracle healing, insight and repair you may need for your skin and cells manifest, and if you do need a certain guide, practitioner, product or treatment that it comes to you - that is right for you whether it’s me or not.

We all need different.
